  • Where are you located?
    Our showroom is located within Stone System of London in Woking. The address is: Unit 2, Octimum Business Park, Forsyth Road, Woking, GU21 5SF. We have ample free parking for our customers.
  • How do I obtain a quotation and design from The Surrey Kitchen Company?
    If you are interested in a quotation for a new kitchen we would inititally recommend a visit to our showroom to discuss your requirements with a member of our team! However, we understand life can be busy and you may not have the time to take a trip to our showroom. Therefore, we also conduct home visits or can work from existing floor plans you may already have i.e estate agent plans, extension floor plans etc. After discussions with yourself either in person, on the phone or e-mail, we create our inital design and supporting quotation. This forms a starting point to begin with. We then invite you to provide your feedback on how well the design, layout and budget works for you! Our quotations are itemised meaning, our customers are aware of how much each element of the contract costs. Therefore, even if we out out of budget, we ask our customers to still get in touch as we can investigate possible cost savings with our clientd through change of price groups, design, appliances etc. Essentially, we work with you to find the right balance of your design, budget and functionality requirements.
  • Do you offer an installation service?
    We offer the full installation service at The Surrey Kitchen Company. We provide you with a seperate quotation for your kitchen installation. This is itemised so you are aware how much each element of the contract costs. We can carry out as much or as little as you require when it comes to home refurbishments.
  • How can you help me visualise my new kitchen?
    We produce high quality 3D images of your proposed kitchen to help bring your new design to life. To support this we also recommend our clients take home samples of kitchen doors, handles, worktops etc. to see them in the lighting at their home. It's amazing how the difference in lighting from our showroom to your home can change your opinion on a colour!
  • My kitchen needs refurbishing but I do not know where to start. Do you offer home surveys?
    We do offer home surveys to help you on your kitchen journey! At the survey a member of our design team will talk you through all the different options and products available as well as collecting measurements to create an inital design. If you are interested in a home survey, please call or e-mail us to book an appointment.
  • I would like an extension to fit my new kitchen in and a wall removed, can you help?"
    We can certainly help if your kitchen installation stretches further than just the units! If your refurbishment project is of a more complex nature, we can arrange for our installations manager to visit your home, or meet you in the showroom to answer all your queries. We can carry out as much or as little as you require when it comes to home refurbishments! The added benefit of trusting your whole project with The Surrey Kitchen Company is the reduced stress for the consumer! No need to worry about organising different trades, scheduling the project, arranging materials and deliveries! Let us do all the work for you!
  • I already have a new kitchen but I just need the worktops.
    We are more than happy to help! Please e-mail a kitchen plan or measurements to to obtain a quotation to template, supply, manufacture and install. Please let us know the following: -Range of worktop you would like (visit the worktop section of our website for inspo!) -Thickness of worktop you would like 12, 20 or 30mm? - Number of hob cut outs - Number of sink cut outs - Would you like drainage grooves or a recessed slope by the sink? - Do you require upstands? We can then e-mail you a quotation based on the information provided. If you wish to proceed with this worktop, we would require a deposit to schedule in the templating. For templating to be carried out, please ensure all base and wall units (if we are templating a splashback) are in place. The hob and sink also need to be on site. Once the worktops have been templated we aim to return within 10 working days to install. Once your worktops have been installed, remember to register your gurantee!
  • What are the lead times for my new kitchen to be delivered and installed?
    The lead times on most of our kitchen units are 4-6 weeks, however special orders can incur additional lead times. The duration on the installation can also vary from project to project depending on the size of the room and works required. For a clearer idea of how long your project will take to be completed/ current lead times. please feel free to call to discuss with a member of our team. As seen in many industries, many suppliers are experiencing some delays as the post COVID-19 recovery continues, we are noticing this particularly effecting appliances. We are in constant communication with our suppliers to ensure we have up-to-date lead times when you place your order with us.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We cover the listed areas below for full kitchen refurbishments. However, we can template, manufacture, supply and install worktops to the a wide area of the South of England including the South East, Hampshire, Essex and London.
