The whole process from initial inquiry, follow-up meetings, design discussions & refinement, decisions on high quality units/appliances & worktops was a very professional, patient and interactive experience.
The massive benefit to us was that we were not just replacing a set of kitchen units, but wanted substantial additional works beyond the new units supply & install, such as significant building works, a new suspended ceiling, a new lighting scheme, new flooring & a total decorative refurbishment. The Surrey Kitchen Company could offer this work in house, providing not just a new kitchen supply & install but all additional works as a managed package. Having essentially a turnkey contract with them meant that we had comfort that all the works we wanted were project managed and delivered solely by them. So much easier for us.
Yes there have been issues along the way, inevitably when you embark on a substantial kitchen replacement project, but we have to say that every issue was captured, discussed & dealt with to our satisfaction in a very professional and timely manner.

Really helpful in offering advise on appliances and units, liaising with suppliers to ensure I received my perfect kitchen. They offer a personal service, always very polite and happy to work with you, constantly keeping you informed on what is a stressful journey. Delivery dates were met and issues that cropped up with units were dealt with in a swift manner with no debate. The level of customer service in person, on the phone and by email was spot on.
